Aloha mai kakou,

Our volunteers, representing the global span of the Hawaiian community, are donating the most generous gift we could ask for - their time, energy and dedication, and we are sincerely grateful for all the efforts being put forth to make this endeavor a success. We continue to be overwhelmed by the generosity and resources that this Initiative has inspired from every part of the community.

At the beginning of this year, the Omidyar ʻOhana Fund dedicated a $50,000 matching grant to Awaiaulu as an investment towards the success of the ʻIke Kūʻokoʻa initiative.  The Omidyar ʻOhana Fund offered this challenge to encourage others to give and know that they are giving to a worthy cause.  Individual donations, corporate support and foundation grants has proven that encouragement worthwhile.

On May 1, 2012, the Omidyar 'Ohana fund grant was matched and received - Hulō!

If you would like to help to further the work of Awaiaulu and ʻIke Kūʻokoʻa with a donation, large or small, please use one of the following methods with our thanks.  Awaiaulu is a federally-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, all donations are tax-deductible, and donors will receive a letter of acknowledgement for tax purposes.
